• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end‑users on Axis solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and current customers
• Conduct site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars
• Collaborate with Axis partners to recommend appropriate solutions
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional sales activities

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales‑driven position
• At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong technical background and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift 20‑50 lbs and willingness to travel 10% to 20%

• Public speaking skills and comfortability with giving and receiving feedback
• Strong selling skills and ability to tailor presentations to customer needs
• Technical skills and learning agility for demonstrating software and technology
