What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow sales for engineered pumps, parts, and services within the assigned territory
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships through consultative and solution selling
  • Deliver sales presentations to demonstrate service and upgrade capabilities
  • Maintain electronic quote logs and provide monthly reports to sales management
  • Collaborate with the Pump Repair & Overhaul Service Center to enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2 to 5 years of technical sales experience in rotating equipment
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pump and system drawings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP & quoting software, and web-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience selling rotating equipment repair and upgrade services
  • Knowledge of industries such as Steel Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Chemical
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in selling Service/Aftermarket, New Equipment, and Spare Parts
