What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new prospects across various industries
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans for large accounts to increase membership and sales
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and consultants
  • Act as a liaison between departments and customers to meet service expectations
  • Utilize a sales automation system for record maintenance and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of business-to-business sales and/or account management experience in the employee benefits or healthcare/insurance industry
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively
  • Must travel more than 50% of the time and maintain a clean DMV record
