- Create and implement strategic sales strategies to position Carrier as the preferred supplier
- Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates to ensure effective sales management
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC System Solution Sales
- 5+ years of experience reviewing contracts and negotiating bids
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years of Healthcare Construction experience
- Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Related professional certifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
