What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop new business relationships with end-user clients and create business cases for Carrier building solutions
  • Communicate with decision-makers, including C-Level executives, to maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts
  • Work directly with building owners to improve system reliability and support patient-centered initiatives
  • Create and implement strategic sales strategies to position Carrier as the preferred supplier
  • Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates to ensure effective sales management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC System Solution Sales
  • 5+ years of experience reviewing contracts and negotiating bids
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of Healthcare Construction experience
  • Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
  • Related professional certifications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
