• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals

• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Sales experience in steel, metal, or industrial products
