What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory of primary and secondary customers within the health systems segment
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, profit, and margin growth
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of customer solutions to ensure full adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve issues
  • Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve business goals in collaboration with senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or health system industries
  • Proven success in consultative selling and customer retention
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight and weekend travel

  • Experience with consultative selling and business development in health systems
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts related to sales
  • Knowledge of retail and alternate care industries and their challenges
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools for sales activities
