What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure the AMER hunter team has necessary support to exceed goals
  • Guide direct reports in understanding their career paths and development
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle, aligning with company values
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing on a successful go‑to‑market strategy
  • Lead the team in prioritizing accounts, establishing sales metrics, and generating business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of quota‑carrying Account Executives focused on new business
  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing best practices
  • Experience with tools used in the Account Executive function, including Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment, including startups
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on guidance rather than management
  • Proven ability to grow a global team with high standards of success
  • Strategic mindset with a functional execution understanding
