What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline in the Office Coffee Channel to achieve annual sales and operating income targets
  • Negotiate contracts with key accounts and manage these contracts to drive sales growth
  • Lead a team of direct reports to execute sales strategies across geographic regions
  • Identify and qualify potential distributors for the Office Coffee System
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive sales platform covering machines, POS, and training
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the coffee or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel nationally (~25%) to meet with key accounts and attend industry events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the Hotel/Lodging or office coffee channels
  • Experience launching a product into a new market or channel
  • Deep understanding of coffee market trends and customer preferences
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for executing complex sales plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
