What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive retention and operational excellence by managing critical retention and administrative processes
  • Own the small-dollar renewal pipeline, managing the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing and operational support
  • Collaborate with senior Account Directors to assist with strategic tasks and account management
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and flag potential risks to senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and eager to build a career in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail
