- Own the small-dollar renewal pipeline, managing the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing and operational support
- Collaborate with senior Account Directors to assist with strategic tasks and account management
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and flag potential risks to senior team members
- 1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Highly organized, process-driven, and eager to build a career in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role within the technology or software industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and renewals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex administrative processes
- Interest in learning about enterprise sales cycles and strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
