What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategies within assigned territory to drive sales
  • Schedule and lead customer meetings, identifying new sales opportunities
  • Resolve product or service‑related issues by collaborating with support teams
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience without a degree
  • Outside sales experience selling solutions to government organizations desired
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in high‑security areas governed by the US Department of Justice’s CJIS Security Policy
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM software
  • High motivation and results‑oriented mindset
