Regional Sales Manager, PA

• Promote and educate clients on the benefits of IP Video and Axis cameras
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with both potential and existing customers
• Schedule and lead product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and ongoing projects
• Collaborate with Application Development Partners and participate in sales activities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in IT Networks
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales-focused role
• Strong technical background with experience in the security industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce Cloud platform
• Strong sales acumen with excellent listening and presentation skills

• Minimum of 2 years in the security industry
• Experience with cameras, access control, and IP network systems
• Knowledge of design applications
