What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan for strategic irrigation and pool/spa accounts
  • Grow market share and reclaim lost business through focused account strategies
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging channels
  • Partner with regional leadership of National Irrigation & Pool/Spa Accounts
  • Conduct product training, presentations, and joint sales calls
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
  • Strong background in irrigation markets (distribution, buying groups, or manufacturers)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Willingness and ability to travel 60–70% within the region
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Experience working with large distributors and buying groups
  • Background in pipe, fittings, or building products
  • Demonstrated success regaining lost market share
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to present complex products and conduct hands‑on demonstrations
