What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers throughout the sales process
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business drivers and needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and awareness

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models, particularly in the home services sector
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including onboarding and communication
  • Technical expertise in product demonstrations and post-sale support
