What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre‑sales and other resources
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects
  • Build relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions
  • Negotiate deals with C‑Suite Executives to close opportunities and maintain accurate customer/prospect data
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud‑based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C‑level executives
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales quotas
  • 5+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting opportunities
  • Proven ability to understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Prior experience with account strategies for short and long‑term prospecting
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple deals simultaneously
