- Build relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions
- Negotiate deals with C‑Suite Executives to close opportunities and maintain accurate customer/prospect data
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud‑based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C‑level executives
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales quotas
- 5+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting opportunities
- Proven ability to understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
- Prior experience with account strategies for short and long‑term prospecting
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple deals simultaneously
