What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calls and prospect engagement, to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and nurture client relationships by connecting with decision-makers in target organizations
  • Present and sell customer experience measurement services, including mystery shopping and analytics
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies tailored to client needs
  • Prepare and present service proposals and formal presentations to prospective clients, both virtually and in person
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of direct, outside sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex, consultative services to large corporations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling merchandising, mystery shopping, or research services to various industries
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with C‑suite executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales contact software
  • Track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and presentations
