- Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calls and prospect engagement, to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and nurture client relationships by connecting with decision-makers in target organizations
- Present and sell customer experience measurement services, including mystery shopping and analytics
- Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies tailored to client needs
- Prepare and present service proposals and formal presentations to prospective clients, both virtually and in person
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of direct, outside sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex, consultative services to large corporations
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling merchandising, mystery shopping, or research services to various industries
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with C‑suite executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales contact software
- Track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and presentations
