What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and expand an assigned territory and group of accounts
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets
  • Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts
  • Write project specifications and tailor proposals to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, business, accounting, or related field
  • Experience in HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC sales
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
