What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and manage the global sales enablement roadmap, including onboarding and continuous learning programs
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Champion the Value Selling methodology, ensuring it is integrated into the sales process
  • Implement systems to measure training adoption and its impact on sales performance
  • Oversee a sales certification program to ensure readiness and competency of the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership, with at least 3 years managing global teams
  • Direct experience in mid-market to enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales, with a background in closing $100k+ deals
  • Proven experience in high-growth environments, transitioning from start-up to scaling organization
  • Deep expertise in Value Selling or similar sales methodologies
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading large-scale behavioral changes across a global workforce
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency and drive action
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes
