Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
  • Analyze customer needs to identify potential opportunities for the employer's products and services
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate team member for further development and closure
  • Drive sales closure and manage the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Conduct research on target accounts and maintain an accurate database of prospects
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of related customer service and sales experience
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relations Management software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Familiarity with business mathematics and data analysis techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
