Sales Consultant - Hollow Metal - East

• Develop local hollow metal project pricing strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Managers
• Partner with sales and product management teams to create tailored approaches that enhance customer acquisition
• Analyze and communicate market dynamics and competitive changes effectively
• Maintain project hit rate statistics to refine pricing strategies
• Build and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to understand customer needs and competitive threats

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the hollow metal industry
• Knowledge of the security industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally

• Sales experience in both hollow metal and hardware industries
• Understanding of operations and project management constraints along with financial acumen
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
