- Administer sales variable payments including commissions, draws, MBOs, and SPIFFs for commissionable employees
- Ensure compliance with commission plan policies and manage exception requests
- Maintain and distribute sales compensation plan documents to employees on incentive plans
- Address inquiries, adjustments, and corrections related to commissions in a timely manner
- Provide insights on business drivers for commission result variances and document processes for monthly/quarterly close
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Compensation role, preferably in a high‑growth technology company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with automated sales commission systems (e.g., Xactly, SAP, Anaplan)
- Experience in a company with 500+ employees on a commission
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
- High degree of motivation, responsibility, and flexibility
