What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create and execute sales campaigns through cold and warm calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods
  • Assist the Territory Manager in strengthening sales process acumen and eventually learn to run full sales cycles independently
  • Network and coordinate with partners and marketing for identification, segmentation, and targeting approaches
  • Engage with potential customers to provide ongoing qualification and nurturing activities to advance sales opportunities
  • Utilize tools to maintain data integrity and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Confidence, tenacity, and a positive attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Proven track record of success in an Inside Sales or Business Development role
  • Strong technology acumen and a self‑driven interest in learning enterprise‑grade software solutions
  • Familiarity with leveraging sales and marketing outreach tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow experience and sales skill set
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5 years of Account Executive experience, preferably with a service or software company
  • Some technical and reporting aptitude within the Salesforce environment
  • Exposure to operations best practices and tools
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
