- Engage with potential customers to provide ongoing qualification and nurturing activities to advance sales opportunities
- Utilize tools to maintain data integrity and reporting
- Confidence, tenacity, and a positive attitude with a drive to succeed
- Proven track record of success in an Inside Sales or Business Development role
- Strong technology acumen and a self‑driven interest in learning enterprise‑grade software solutions
- Familiarity with leveraging sales and marketing outreach tools, preferably Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow experience and sales skill set
- 5 years of Account Executive experience, preferably with a service or software company
- Some technical and reporting aptitude within the Salesforce environment
- Exposure to operations best practices and tools
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
