- Proven ability to manage complex data sets with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with automated commission platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience supporting Post-Sales or Customer Success organizations on variable compensation plans
- Familiarity with commission governance and payout nuances
