Responsibilities
  • Manage incentive compensation programs across sales and customer success functions
  • Execute the monthly commissions process, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
  • Provide strategic insights to Sales Leadership and Finance to evaluate and enhance compensation plans
  • Collaborate on initiatives related to plan design, review cycles, and policy updates
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Sales/Incentive Compensation, Commissions Operations, or Financial Planning & Analytics within a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex data sets with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with automated commission platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting Post-Sales or Customer Success organizations on variable compensation plans
  • Familiarity with commission governance and payout nuances
