Position: Financial Solutions Sales Specialist (FSS)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives
  • Partner with Account Executives to create awareness for financial solutions
  • Build and execute territory plans following solution‑selling methodology
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts for management
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer industry trends and maintain post‑sale connections
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Financial operations and/or accounting domain experience is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with financial solutions or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience or related nonprofit industry experience
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence others
  • Ability to travel as needed, but no more than 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to both executive and staff‑level audiences
  • Familiarity with Blackbaud Financial Solutions or equivalent systems
