What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate, upgrade, and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business accounts through outbound calling
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to generate quotes and support closing transactions
  • Present and close sales virtually or over the phone with existing clients
  • Overcome objections by effectively communicating program benefits and the company’s value proposition
  • Utilize Salesforce to plan sales activities, document customer information, and execute forecasting activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in direct client interaction in a sales capacity
  • Foundational understanding of carrier solutions in the Shipping or Mailing domain
  • Strong background in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in eCommerce or Warehouse Shipping
  • Proven track record of client retention and successfully closing business over the phone or virtually
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in the Shipping or Mailing domain
  • Mid-level experience in initiating outbound sales calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
