- Support enterprise sales efforts to large health systems, conducting market analysis and building relationships with provider leadership
- Conduct full-cycle acquisition, including cold outreach and product demonstrations
- Persuade providers to utilize the Stellar platform and participate in value-based care (VBC) rewards programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner launches and ongoing relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- 5-7+ years of work experience in sales and/or network development
- Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, particularly in value-based care solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Excel, and Power Point
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in a technology organization or sales organization
- In-depth knowledge of VBC concepts and payment models, such as shared savings and quality metrics
- Genuine interest in health-tech and the mission of the employer
- Experience developing compelling pitch materials and presenting at external meetings
