What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support enterprise sales efforts to large health systems, conducting market analysis and building relationships with provider leadership
  • Conduct full-cycle acquisition, including cold outreach and product demonstrations
  • Persuade providers to utilize the Stellar platform and participate in value-based care (VBC) rewards programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner launches and ongoing relationship management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7+ years of work experience in sales and/or network development
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, particularly in value-based care solutions
  • Strong consultative selling skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Excel, and Power Point
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a technology organization or sales organization
  • In-depth knowledge of VBC concepts and payment models, such as shared savings and quality metrics
  • Genuine interest in health-tech and the mission of the employer
  • Experience developing compelling pitch materials and presenting at external meetings
