• Manage the sales process for a diverse group of assigned existing business opportunities
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities while building a sales pipeline
• Collaborate with product sales executives and marketing teams to stay updated on product information and industry trends
• Research, develop, and maintain long and short-range sales and territory plans
• Close sales and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on activities and forecasts

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota
• Exemplary presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Technical proficiency with

• Advanced selling capabilities demonstrating commitment to strategy, customer relations, and negotiation
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
