What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively identify opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and renewals within the mid‑market client base
  • Partner with the KAM enterprise team leader to close expansions and renew existing enterprise customers
  • Conduct Zoom/Teams meetings to educate clients about new technology, with potential onsite travel
  • Create proposals and negotiate contract renewals and upgrade plans
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success, Technical Support, Billing, and Order Management to resolve client issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5‑7 years of B2B sales experience within a SaaS environment or relevant industry
  • Proven ability to outperform quotas and close deals effectively
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills with clients and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Experience in solving problems through cross‑functional collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in the telematics industry or related SaaS solutions, particularly in commercial transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • A passion for continuous learning and process optimization
