Position: On Premise Specialist - Austin/San Antonio (Aperitifs)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive new distribution and enhance visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On-Premise channel
  • Manage key accounts by implementing strategies that improve business performance and brand presence
  • Develop and execute customized activation plans tailored to account segments
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Management to schedule consumer activations and trade events
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in a three-tier distribution market
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Familiarity with product sales and ability to develop compelling selling stories
  • Capacity to work weekends and extended workdays
