What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute territory‑specific sales strategies for new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the U.S.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and establish regular review processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven success in leading sales teams focused on new business acquisition and account management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience focused on pipeline growth and expansion.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. as required.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably Managed Security Services.
  • Background in B2B channel‑based sales.
  • Experience managing both field and inside sales teams.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDIPICC.
