• Research and propose alternative model architectures to enhance language or multimodal model performance

• Explore innovative test-time inference algorithms
• Analyze methods for improving factuality, reasoning, long-context, or agentic capabilities of models
• Contribute to the academic community by publishing original research findings

• Completion or recent completion of a PhD in Computer Science or equivalent research experience with strong publication records
• Strong foundation in NLP and deep learning theory and practice
• Proficiency in all aspects of large language models from training to evaluation
• Alternatively, proficiency in large multimodal models or diffusion models
• Track record of outstanding research achievements and contributions

• Excellent communication skills for conveying research findings and collaborating with peers
