Come grow with us as a Showing Assistant. We helped over 190 families last year, many referred by our past clients, friends, and family, and we coach you on how to grow with the trends and current technologies.

We provide models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability to ensure success. We are looking for motivated, driven, positive, and hard-working agents to add to our team and grow together. If you show up, we show up. We offer a limitless growth path with opportunities for 85% subsidized health care benefits, growth share, and building your own rental portfolio.

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch.
• Work with sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, training and partner call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
