Sales Auditing Specialist

• Salary up to $39.61 per hour

• Conduct weekly production evaluations for assigned agents
• Participate in QA calibrations, audit meetings, and team huddles
• Submit Quality Resolution Plans (QRPs) for assigned agents and sales leadership
• Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members, and agents
• Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center
• Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations; auditor must obtain their Medicare producer's license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to ensure new hire readiness for agents and QA staff through quality audits and training

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
