Registered Nurse – Oregon
• Provides patient care within RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Educates patients and significant others on care, treatment, and health management
• Documents all patient care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care
