Description
The Remote Lumi Link Registered Nurse is responsible for professionally answering Lumi Link calls for health-related concerns for all contracted providers. This position is responsible for the following:
- Triaging needs
- Clinical decision making
- Monitoring remote patient support system when applicable and advising the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts
- Symptom-based problems, injuries, or general health questions by utilizing clinical software and guideline information

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Current RN Compact License
- Candidate resides in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S.
- Additional RN licenses as determined by Lumicare.
