What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage the release of creative assets to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups
• Maintain operational workflows, including asset lists and campaign tracking
• Support marketing leadership in optimizing processes for efficiency
• Distribute key marketing resources and documentation across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 2-4 years of experience in creative asset management, program coordination, or related fields
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive follow-through
• Strategic problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy, flexibility, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry

• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, SharePoint, or
• Prior knowledge of the retail beauty industry
