Travel to Office expectations

If this role is remote, there will be in‑office events that require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager is an innovative, strategic thinker and primary marketing representative owning go‑to‑market and product launch strategy for a portfolio of SaaS solutions for provider organizations spanning hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and collaborating provider partners. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist who demonstrates and transfers knowledge about markets, buyers, users, and product across marketing and sales functions.

This role binds our business and product strategy to the marketing programs and tactics needed to achieve measurable results.

You will understand our market and buyers, translate product capabilities into business value, and lead development of product launches and marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand. You will monitor performance, support insights with evidence, and refine positioning, messaging, and narratives that engage buyers and help Sales succeed. Collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Solution Design, Customer Success and others is expected, requiring strong diplomatic skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing process for the product(s), including key buyer and influencer roles
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience
  • Define the market opportunity for product(s); perform segmentation and targeting to identify high‑propensity segments
  • Lead product introduction/launch planning including development and measurement of KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to develop content such as sales decks, solution sheets, customer references, thought leadership, campaigns, and other assets
  • Provide market intelligence and buyer insights to support campaign strategies that create demand
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to enable sales with clear value propositions, messaging and tools
  • Collaborate with customer facing teams to understand contributors to churn and how to minimize it
  • Participate in product naming, pricing, and packaging by providing market, competitive and customer insights
  • Support product management’s understanding of customer problems, satisfaction, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new features or enhancements
  • Manage to the financial and operational expense budgets
