• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing
• Minimum of 12 years of communications experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Significant experience managing teams and leading cross-company initiatives
• Strong understanding of modern communications disciplines including digital, social, and media relations
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Proven track record of driving creative innovation informed by data and insights
• Experience with AI-powered tools and connecting communications metrics to business outcomes
• Strategic visionary who understands trust dynamics and communications trends
• Strong knowledge of crisis management and creative team oversight
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and provide counsel to senior leaders
