- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience in beauty or retail marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new challenges
