• Develop and execute global communications strategies for the neuroscience therapeutic area
• Manage communications around product launches, scientific data, and regulatory milestones
• Provide oversight and governance for communications colleagues in U.S. and international markets
• Engage with media, including traditional and non-traditional outlets, to reach target audiences
• Lead communications efforts for the Therapeutic Area Business Leader and manage PR agency relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, healthcare, or science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional communications role
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interact with senior leaders

• Experience in developing strategic and creative communications plans, including digital and social media
• Successful track record of setting global communications strategies across multiple markets
• Demonstrated influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in executive communications and managing PR agencies
• Creative communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
