• Collaborate with the Proposal Development Team to deliver compelling copy and graphics for client RFPs and RFIs
• Prepare and lead proposal kick-off meetings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and sales strategies
• Maintain and contribute to a content database, ensuring brand consistency in all deliverables
• Manage proposal expectations and facilitate status meetings with stakeholders
• Conceptualize layouts and create high-quality graphics that align with company branding

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in content development or a related function
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Power Point
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editing skills with excellent knowledge of grammar and punctuation

• Experience with project management in a marketing or proposal development context
• Familiarity with creating infographics, charts, and other visual content
• Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to articulate project updates clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of the latest trends in marketing and proposal development
