• Support and strengthen a communications strategy that enhances understanding of the employer’s unique business model and brand
• Serve as a key team member on announcements and campaigns that promote and protect the employer’s reputation
• Lead the strategy behind communications initiatives, ensuring consistent storytelling during crises
• Draft and refine communications related to regulatory developments and consumer safety
• Monitor sentiment and policy trends to inform strategy and narrative development

• 5 years of experience in corporate communications, financial, policy, or crisis communications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or public relations
• Knowledge of public policy and experience operating within a regulated industry
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to support high-quality responses to crisis situations

• Agency experience or in-house experience at a public company
• Experience building relationships with media beyond day-to-day news alerts
• Comfort working with cross-functional partners across various functions
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action
