• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Linked In, and programmatic display
• Manage pacing and performance analytics for ongoing marketing efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance funnel performance and marketing strategies
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools into workflows

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
• Experience in B2B marketing preferred
• Expertise in paid platforms such as Google, Meta, and Linked In

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Curiosity and willingness to expand knowledge in paid media
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
