• Leverage technology to personalize and deliver messages at scale for a global workforce
• Manage content calendars for company-wide communications and assist with crisis communication strategies

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal/employee communications
• Proven ability to create compelling strategic communications that engage and inspire audiences
• Demonstrated ability to partner and counsel executive and senior-level leaders effectively
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with adaptability for different channels and audiences
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

• Experience with communication tools such as Poppulo, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Canva, and Click Up
