• Develop and lead global professional promotional strategies for BTK CDAC in alignment with brand positioning
• Shape the vision and execution of multichannel customer engagement tactics as the global omnichannel lead
• Collaborate with local markets on campaign content and promotional activities
• Act as a liaison for insight generation, consolidating feedback and tracking market shifts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support competitive readiness strategies

• BA/BS with 8+ years of marketing experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 5+ years, or PhD/Pharm
  
  D with 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in global or regional markets (US, EU, or China) and launch environments
• Background in hematology/oncology or competitive therapeutic categories
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in competitive preparedness and market-shaping initiatives
• Skilled in integrating insights from customer research and analytics
• Previous success in leading agency partners and cross-functional teams
