Blackbaud is looking for a marketing leader to launch and grow our brand-new agentic AI solutions. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions and corporations that drive social impact.

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for six critical functions including positioning, product launch, sales enablement, competitive insights, and customer evidence.
• Create master messaging and marketing assets to communicate benefits across geographies and verticals.
• Drive sales velocity and customer success through education on product launches, buyer personas, market trends, and competitive differentiation.
• Document key sales plays and enable front lines on cultivating opportunities within designated segments.
• Document and promote customer outcomes to influence purchase, adoption, usage, and retention.
• Arm sales and renewal teams with competitive differentiation and threat mitigation.

• 7+ years of marketing experience within a growing SaaS organization.
• 2+ years engaging executive audiences with presentation and influence.
• Track record of adopting, growing, and driving results for an incubating product.
• Experience marketing an AI solution or certification in AI fundamentals.
• Mastery of go-to-market methodology and product marketing principles.
• Exceptional ability to develop non‑technical product content and evaluate AI‑produced content for accuracy.
• Excellent project management skills and proven ability to deliver on short and long‑term time frames.

• Deep knowledge of competitive market analysis and matrixed organization collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Asana, Klue, and Gong.
