• Minimum 1 year of Integrated Marketing Program Management experience
• Minimum 1 year of marketing campaign and strategy experience
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage cohesive marketing strategies
• Experience overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong performance analysis skills with the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness

• Experience with team integration management and organizational change activities
• Skills in resource management and leading teams to success
• Background in risk management related to campaign planning and execution
• Familiarity with project management software and process documentation tools
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
