• Troubleshoot technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions for resolution
• Maintain professional relationships with customers through continuous communication
• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative
• Communicate service-related documentation to internal and external customers
• Collaborate in training efforts to maintain proficiency on various products

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
• Proficient problem‑solving capabilities
• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Detail‑oriented

• Experience with contact center or hands‑on equipment repair work
• Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
