• Lead and coordinate multiple, complex customer programs within the Professional Services function
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones
• Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders, providing updates on program performance and risks
• Identify and proactively mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across business units
• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to foster scalable program delivery practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of customer-facing program or portfolio management experience in a software/SaaS environment
• PMP Certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and projects in a Professional Services environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• PgMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools
• Prior experience in client-facing Professional Services roles
