- Conduct industry engagement and represent the employer at major events
- Analyze metrics aligned with KDPs to ensure strategic alignment across regions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience in property and casualty insurance sales, underwriting, or agency management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and manage change
- Insurance designations such as CPCU or CIC
- Exceptional ability to cultivate and build relationships with agency partners
- Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and services
- Proven negotiation tactics and creative problem-solving abilities
