- Organize and manage programs using tools such as and Smartsheet to ensure efficiency and target achievement
- Implement tracking frameworks to assess program efficacy and identify optimization opportunities
Serve as a central communication point for program status and inquiries among stakeholders - Create and deliver training programs to equip teams with necessary skills for program participation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives
- Strong proficiency in program and initiative management
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights for decision-making
- 4+ years of experience building and running successful growth or retention programs within Sales, preferably in the Health Plan, Employer Benefits, or Financial Services space
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile certification(s)
